All jewellery is made to order and therefore not eligible for return, however, if a piece arrives damaged please email hi@emareis.com with photos

Earrings are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene purposes.

If you are returning a damaged piece please ship it back in its original packaging. All returned packages must have tracked shipping.


Refunds

If a shipment delivery is refused by the customer the shipping fee will be deducted from the full refund upon return.

Customs and taxes are non-refundable for international orders outside the E.U.
